About
"I found myself in the position of that child in a story who noticed a bit of string and - out of curiosity - pulled on it to discover that it was just the tip of a very long and increasingly thick string ... and kept bringing out wonders beyond reckoning."
– Benoit B. Mandelbrot
What ignites the fire inside? Quite simply, the fuel to my fire can be summed up with just a single word: Wonder.
For me, captured within that single, powerful and magical word is the very essence of my insatiable hunger to Learn, deep-seated desire to Create, and tireless impulse to Innovate. It also encapsulates my admiration and awe of the beauty, marvels and secret underpinnings of Nature and the Universe at large, of which we are all fractal expressions of.
Fractal Logic is founded on the exploration of two topics I am most passionate about: Biomimetics (Nature-inspired innovation) and Software Systems. Having worked as a Network Automation Engineer my entire career, I hope to share my learnings and experiences with others, mostly through (but not limited to) posts and code content centered around the application of biomimetic principles and design patterns to problems and use cases within the fields of Network Automation and AIOps.
My Mission: To empower individuals and businesses to embrace the DIY spirit and pursue autonomy by helping them with building blocks and design patterns to construct their own automation and observability pipelines.
In the process, I also hope to ignite this spirit of Wonder through the content I create, and I hope you may find these writings useful.
